This driver comes with a 'install' file does this do anything for Toshiba owners, didn't do anything for me

ASUS C90S, I thought thats what those stats were for under your nick. I played the video card to death in my second week from when I got it, now its taking the third and forth in Fremont being fixed

100 series drivers are a continuation of the 95 series, 90 series etc.
The 155+ series drivers are trying out new thinga (Control panel) etc

OEM's want stability so probably opt for these more stable drivers.
Clevo just released 156.07 so there is hope yet

That's by design... as since the ever existance of WHQL. Every and any modification in one of the files voids the WHQL. You are using the modified INF, so...
