These files are no longer hosted by Juanlu and he seems to have dissappeared of this planet.
These are usable by Dell note books with the go7900GS, go7900GTX and go&950GTX GPU's
Should work happily on i9400/E1705 and XPS M1710's.
go7900GS owners will need to be VERY careful as there are 2 BIOS versions and you need to get it right before flashing.
Anywho, the download below has an ISO file that can be used to make a bootable CD with everything needed to flash your video BIOS
I've also included the BIOS files seperatly for those with other bootable media (ie USB flash) just copy the files to it.
The ROMs can be found here
Just extract some where and use an ISO capable CD burner to make a CD or just copy the files to a bootable media.
For more instructions head on over here
READ READ READ before doing anything, go over everything in your mind an have everything ready should it go wrong (did for me once but I managed to recover blindly phew)
Remember I take no responsibility for anything that goes wrong, you do it at your own risk
Enjoy, and any comments, suggestions welcomed
Juan's original Page can still be found here in archived form or below I've attempted to recreate it.
We owe Juan a huge debt for all the work he has done.

Mi name is Juan Luis Garrido, Im an IT student and I have been able to decipher the bit codes from the Nvidia bioses that let you:
-- Unlock the frequencies from both the core and the memory by software.
-- Unlock Powermizer in battery mode. Now you can select the mode "Maximum performance" runing on battery.
-- Load the optimum timings for the memory.
All this is based on all the tests that have taken place using my inspiron 9400 with the Nvidia 7900gs graphics adaptor, and with the help of programs such as ATITool, RivaTuner, NiBiTor and nvFlash.
I would also like to thank Sergio and everyone from "NOTICIAS 3D" and "NOTEBOOKFORUMS" forums.
IMPORTANT!! There are two revisions of 7900gs:
- Revision 0 (rev.0): with bios 05.71.22.16.13.
- Revision 1 (rev.1): with bios 05.71.22.28.01.
If you use the wrong bios, when you reboot you obtain black screen. If this was happening, ask for help in the forum.
I have created an image cd that contains the following files:

For obtaining the maximum performance you have to reflash the graphics card with the bios XXXXXUOV.ROM or XXXXXXUO.ROM (according to model).
XXXXXNNN.ROM or XXXXXXNN.ROM is original bios (according to model).
INSTRUCTIONS:
0º Do it under your own responsibility. Dells warranty would not take care of an Overclocked card.
1º Burn the image on a CD using a burning program such as Nero.
2º Restart the computer and then you see DELLs Logo appear press F12 until you see the Boot menu.
3º Choose the option CD/DVD/CD-RW.
4º Type nvflash XXXXXXXX.ROM.
5º Accept the process pressing Y.
6º Restart the computer, you are done.
