Asus G2S 8600m GT driver which driver is best suitable?? Rate Topic: -----

Asus has stoped renewing their driver`s site and i`m stuck with the V7.15.11.0134 Version [56.5 (MBytes)]
does any1 knows a good & new driver that works with G2S??

I have the same Laptop running Vista Home Premium 32 bit. Also stuck with 7.15...... I wish Asus would have kept updating. :<

This is what this site is for. Try using the 178.13 with modded inf and you should be good to go.

So far, it looks like nothing is 'fully' compatible with gta iv. But to answer your question, yes it will run.

hi all,

i have an Asus G2S too. I have already patched the inf files manually and it's working smooth...

if you wanna try;

Download Nvidia ForceWare 180.70, extract the zip and copy the modded inf's inside.

Thank you for the info, but can you be precise of how do I go about doing that patching process after extracting it?

Thank you. I get your point. It did run... but after some time, the game jumped out to desktop with an error message of ZLIB20 FATAL ERROR =.=

does the 180.70 version works fine with the Video out/ HDMA and open/close lid??
