Have a Toshiba laptop that came with Vista and downgraded it to XP Pro. Obviously the drivers from Vista aren't compatible with XP. I've been trying to find the drivers for "Ethernet Controller" and "Network Controller". I'm pretty sure they are Realtek. I've tried generic ones with no success. I'm having second thoughts as to whether these are related to the motherboard because they are on-board. Any idea?
Once again, my laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio X305-Q705. OS is XP Pro 32Bit.
[codebox]ETHERNET CONTROLLER:
Realtek RTL8168C(P)/8111C(P) Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_02\4&492937F&0&00E2
NETWORK CONTROLLER:
IntelĀ® Wireless WiFi Link 5100
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4232&SUBSYS_12018086&REV_00\4&3905AE0C&0&00E3[/codebox]
Thanks.
