works flawless on a i3-3245 w. w7/64 bit. full colour range (0-255) can be choosen in advanced menue; and this setting is persistent (!) after reboot.

The driver isn't digitally signed, strange considering it's hosted on Microsoft.

Windows Update offered me these drivers yesterday on my Win8.1 machine.

Install went without problems, device manager shows the driver as being digitally signed.

Maybe for Windows 8 signed only. The same build on station-drivers only mentioned Windows 8 and 8.1 support in the Readme.

I didn't check if it has the same INF as the package from StationDrivers

Could you continue posting compatible IGP models? Getting new driver versions is always good, but it's relevant to know upfront whether they only support IB/HSW or if they support older platforms.

v3325, 3316, 3308 and 3304 are compatible with Ivy and Haswell. They do NOT support Sandy.

Thanks, Andi_84 - I'm in the same boat here too. It's a pain to download every driver to see if Sandybridge support might be included.

There are some differences:

 

StationDrivers' file  vs. MS Update

1) In the igdlh64.inf: DriverVer=10/10/2013,10.18.10.3325 vs. DriverVer=10/07/2013,10.18.10.3325

2) There's an additional file kit56940.inf in the MS package, containing OEM-specific DeviceIds.

Thanks for the info.

 

On a different note, I do hope Intel releases some new 8.1 drivers, especially for Sandy Bridge as I'm getting some TDRs, something that didn't happen on 8 with the exact same drivers.

Today something for those still running Windows XP: Haswell graphics drivers 6.14.10.5445 (14.56.0) for XP (32 and 64 bit). This is an official release, available from Intel's download center.

Driver build date: 29th September 2013 (DriverVer=09/29/2013, 6.14.10.5445)

Hello All,

 

I hate to dig up an older thread, but I am trying to find drivers for my Intel HD 4400 graphics on my WinXP machine.  And yes, I surely know that I shouldn't even consider having XP on the target PC. I've explained this to the party involved multiple times. However, this is a work server application and this particular system must have XP installed. I've been scouring the net trying to look up drivers for the hardware IDs listed. I believe there are 2, the HD video driver and the HDMI audio driver. IDs listed below:

"Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" - HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2807&SUBSYS_80860101&REV_1000

"Video Controller (VGA Compatible)" - PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_041E&SUBSYS_041E1849&REV_06

Most of the utilities I've tried and claim they are "XP compatible", display an error indicating "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software." Which obviously means those are designed for Vista/Win7/Win8.

 

UPDATE:  I'm getting closer. I found a possible driver here. I downloaded the 32-bit version and forced the driver install using "have disk" (reference). Only there are numerous Intel HD Graphics drivers to choose from. I've tried a few of them now but all have come back with a "device cannot start (code 10)" error. Will keep trying, but any suggestions would be welcomed.

I have bad news for you:

Currently none of the available Intel Haswell Graphics drivers for XP will install on your machine, because your Hardware-ID is not supported (missing from the .inf-Files). :(

On Win / 8 / 8.1 drivers this particular Hardware ID is indeed present in the .inf-Files:
