Didn't work with added card lines, neither after modified with Mobility Modder. Must wait.

I got the same problem.
Can't mod this driver with adding my model to the inf and the missing section.
And the inf from did'nt also not work for me.
Always "System not modified"
Damn.
Hard one to mod i think.

I think guest-acount should be deactivated... too many people are always complaning and asking the same (stupid) questions...

I second this. Virtually every forum I have ever been apart of makes users register to post. I don't have a high post count, but have been coming here for several years, and it's always the same annoying type of immature, whiny guest posts. Usually, the "hassle" of registering really slows this down. I don't see how Pieter and the others put up with it.

On another note, a thread at notebookreview.com has a link to MS Update 186.42 universal drivers. I installed them and they work well. I haven't benched them, but others are claiming better scores and FPS and lower temps. You can check it out here:

yeah, im waiting for the modded inf. hope the flickering bug for toshiba-notebooks gets fixed....dont wanna stay forever with 182.

the bug with this driver is always here (i've toshiba X200-21E (8700mgt) on Seven ultimate 64bit.
so I return to 186.05 because i've less "flickering bug" with this driver.

Nvidia is s***, this problem has long existed.

Don't know what problems the original nVidia driver had, but the modded version (http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/topic/24926-v19062-windows-7vista-64bit-nvidia/) for W7x64 works great. :)

Hi

Installed driver and mod inf for graphics card Nvidia GeForce GT230 (windows vista 32 bit) and get a "not digittally signed" warning but install anyway. From dxdiag it tells me the display driver is not digitally signed in these files:

nvd3dum.dll
nvwgf2um.dll
nvwgf2um.dll

Any help in why they are not digitally signed (as the driver is WHQL'd) would be greatly appreciated as I cannot play my Blu-rays withough a digitally signed driver.

Thanks

Because any alteration of the inf breaks the signing - meaning all modified infs.

I see, that is strange as a previous driver (190.38 I think) from this website along with modified inf and it was digitally signed allowing me to play my blu-rays, oh well I guess I will either have to get a new graphics card to utilize up to date drivers or wait for nvidia to get there act together and release drivers for my graphics card as well as it truly is a pretty good card.

Thanks for your help anyway
