Hallo,
jedes mal, wenn ich den original nvidia treiber nehme (bei unterstützen geräten ist die 9650m GT enthalten), stirbt der rechner nach einigen sekunden nach dem start.
Hat jemand irgendeinen tipp für mich bzw. einen funktionierenden treiber für windows 7 64bit ?

dieser treiber klappt. Er ist zwar ziemlich alt, dafür gibts hier keine fehler und keine flackernden bildschirm.

Nochmal auf englisch:
I finally got a working driver for my Mobile ASUS Geforce 9650m GT. Its not the newest but with this driver you dont get a flickering screen and also no freeze. The difference between this and newer versions are minimal. Only 50 points in 3dmark06.

How to install:
Uninstall the current driver:
Windowskey + R -> devmgmt.msc -> Graphiccard -> right click on "NVIDIA Geforce 9650M GT" and choose uninstall. Activate "delete driver software for this device".
Download and install "Driver Cleaner PE". Add all available nvidia options (nForce, nVidia, nVidia Stereo, nVidia WDM) and click on Start.
Restart your Laptop.
again go in devicemanager (Windowskey + R -> devmgmt.msc) to Graphiccard -> Right click on "VGA Card" (something like this) and select "update drivers".
-> Search for Drivers on this Computer
-> Choose from a driverlist on this computer
-> Click on "medium/volume" (dont know whats the correct translation, i only have the german windows7) and navigate to V7.15.11.7940_Vista64\Display
-> select the only available .inf and follow the instructions on the screen (you maybe need to accept the driver in a red window [this driver is not certified blabla])
W8 until windows has installed the driver and enjoy the geforce 9650m GT on windows 7.
