Hey guys,
I have a vaio fs215 which I decided to run windows 7 on, so I got the win7 ultimate and installed it all is ok.
Except for the fact the first time I stated up into win7 I was greeted with a 800x600 screen
I installed the latest drivers that were on offer from sony, but they won't support aero and since I visited the nVidia website I found that Geforce Go 6200 does support aero and will run on win7! so far so good.
Now as to actually finding the driver to achieve this is a totally different story(as sony won't offer it and Nvidia don't list it)
I've tried about 12 different nvidia drivers till I was able to get to here where I downloaded the vista driver 180,70.
I switched the .inf file and ran the setup all runs like a charm
The ISSUE IS I now have weired green pixels appearing randomly on my screen they disappear and re appear in a different place along!
why is this happening?
should I try yet another driver?
