physx install Error 1316. A network error..

any one have any clue how to fix this? this happened when i try to install any newer version of physx and google has failed me, all the post i find have not worked to help me. win7 pro 64 on a Qosmio x505.

Maybe you can use the windows installer cleanup utility and nvidia physx driver cleaners to fix this.

the clean up tool was not installing and running right, i installed in under 2000 comparability mode then ran it in win 98 mode and it finally started working
