i have D-Link Wireless 108G DWA-520 Desktop Adapter. it supports Super G 108 Mbps when it works on XP, but only 54 Mbps with Windows 7.

how to solve this problem?

Try dlink's Vista drivers. I could only link at 54mb with my old SuperG gear (dgl-4300 & dwl-g520 NICs) under Win7. Only dlink's Vista driver enabled a SuperG 108mb link. All other Atheros drivers 8.x/9.x linked at 54mb only. Throughput wasn't great, only 3-4MB/s with SuperG regardless of dynamic turbo on/off, but better than ~2.5MB/s for standard 54mb.
