Probably the OS doesn't see the card, as the right driver hasn't been installed yet?

Have you tried one of the drivers here with the modified inf?

I'd like to help you, but without your dump I'm afraid I can't do anything...

That's due to the fact that there isn't any driver installed.

Now :) http://www.filedropper.com/kuorenero_1

The Bios is now a rom file (nvflash only flashes rom files)

and it has the right clock rates and no beeping or waiting delay.

Sry, I don't understand the question.

You have to flash this bios with a bootable USB Stick,

according to the guide http://forums.guru3d.com/showpost.php?p=3433513&postcount=1

So the flash went fine then. You are running Windows XP, right?

Do you use a modded inf for your driver installation?

Which driver versions have you tried so far?

The Omega Drivers are very old and won't work.

Take the latest driver from here and replace the installer inf with the moddified inf, then install...

Try this one:

If it doesn't work, also download the inf modified and replace the old file with the mod file in the extracted

setup folder and try installing them again with setup.exe.

Hmm, yeah maybe some other problem comes into play here.

Report back if you sorted out the problem.

Guest kuorenero

Sorry for my english.

My idea.

1) open bios of 7950 and serch the mmx revision

2) open bios of 9700 and substitue mmx version with 7950 version

3) flash the new bios and the motherboard recognizes the card and the driver can work

I hope...

The above link you gave is irrelevant, it served as an example of how to turn the beep of.

(which I did, on top of other mods).

Your problem is driver related, as you don't seem to be able to get a driver installed.

Try to install the driver over the Device Manager and do a forced install by pointing to the driver folder.

Then at last the card should be working, although you might not be able to access the control panel.

And Windows Update?

Try opening anther thread in the driver's section,

because your problem is not related to the title of this thread anymore.

Does that mean Windows Update found a driver?

If so, congrats mate.
