Thank you for answering.
As i saw, there is no problem in the device manager with the AMD driver. But the Intel HD one got a code :
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"
==> I remade the following step from your tutorial :
"when back up and running run driver signiture overrider as admin (right click and run as admin)
MAKE SURE UAC IS OFF BEFORE running driver signiture overrider tool.
select sign a driver file and sign these files ONE at a time:
C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys
C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\atipmdag.sys
C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys"
But it's still the same. Maybe there is another driver I should sign ? Is there anyway to detect wich file the device is trying to use ?
Thanks again,
Anthony

If this is not the cause. Then it's down to me to fix it!!! I only have switchable with HD 4 series so I cannot test switchable with intel HD. I basically gave both switchable builds the same settings and hoped for the best appears I need to dig deeper for Intel HD. Thank you for the feedback. If people don't tell me something doesn't work then I cannot fix it!!!
Whoops just saw that you only signed the ati drivers. Look at my SWITCHABLE GRAPHICS INSTALL GUIDE to see the INTEL drivers have to sign

12.1 is WHQL, but it seems that the next 12.x is coming soon... since 12.2, and now 12.3 have now seen Alpha/Beta release...
Which is great and all... but I still cant get this work... stupid Toshiba needs to burn in hell...
Desktop shows "test mode" and followed the guide, but still didnt work... Q_Q
Toshiba Satalite A355D-S6930 with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 and ATI Radeon HD 3200, Hybrid Graphics hoorah... bleh, makes me sick Toshiba does...
EDIT: So, did a complete reinstall on the drive (it was already like that, but had done programs and other drivers), did it first, worked perfect!

1) is there an option in the driver to disable automatically switching to power saving GPU when laptop boots on battery? that would solve the problem of black screen right?
2) i rarely use my high power GPU. I want to switch it on only on demand. Can i permanently use power saving GPU as default? if so, will I get the black screen when i reboot on battery?
thanks

my laptop's graphic card is AMD Radeon HD 7690M and my friend's AMD Radeon 7470M and its not listed in the supported list, may i know if it is safe for either of us to continue with installation or is there any alternative where i can get update for my graphic's card driver? because hp itself is not providing new graphics driver update on its website.

driver provider: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
is that what you're looking for?

Too bad I can't seem to get the driver signed on my ASUS G73jh RBBX05 [Mobility HD 5870, i7 720qm
I followed the instructions and then even different variations.
UAC slider is all the way down.
I Installed the main driver and rebooted
I got the notification, hit ok and rebooted again. [doesn't really make sense to me, I still get the notification on every subsequent reboot]
So then I used the signing tool run as administrator. I wasn't sure if one at a time meant do a reboot after each of the three entries or do each entry separately but do all three before rebooting. I did each starting clean, copy/paste each of the three file locations in the guide and neither way worked. So I'm probably doing something wrong, but I don't know what that is.
