NVidia developer drivers 301.32 for desktop and 301.27 for laptop are at NVidia Developer downloads.
Available in Win7/Vista/XP flavors. Link: http://developer.nvi.../cuda-downloads
These seem to perform more like Quadro drivers than GeForce drivers to me now that I've tested them a bit.
I've now updated the driver info shown below after seeing the additional info from H4ck 3D in this thread's comments.

Driver 300.83 is r300_68-13 DriverVer = 03/01/2012, 8.17.13.0083
Driver 300.99 is r300_95-2 DriverVer = 03/10/2012, 8.17.13.0099
Driver 301.06 is r300_00-73 DriverVer = 03/14/2012, 8.17.13.0106
Driver 301.10 is r300_68-51 DriverVer = 03/17/2012, 8.17.13.0110
Driver 301.24 is r301_07-12 DriverVer = 04/03/2012, 8.17.13.0124
Driver 301.25 is r301_07-14 DriverVer = 04/04/2012, 8.17.13.0125
Driver 301.27 is r300_00-111 DriverVer = 04/09/2012, 8.17.13.0127

For my oldish h/w 301.10 is clearly the fastest of the recent drivers.

One question though, do those drivers have Frame Rate Limiter options available through the Nvidia Control Panel? I ask because 301.24 didn't have that option available anywhere, even though there were references to it through Nvidia Inspector (a tool I'd rather use in last case scenarios only).

No, it's same as other drivers. I'm surprised you say that about Inspector though. I've never had any issues with it.

People shouldn't have to use a 3rd party tool to access features that are meant to be available through the Nvidia Control Panel. I'm currently missing Frame Rate Limiter from the Nvidia Control Panel, and have yet to find a proper explanation for that, especially since only TXAA is meant to be unavailable to the 500 series and below.
