GeForce driver 302.80 for Windows 8 Release Preview is out at NVidia downloads. It can be installed on Windows 7 although formally NVidia is saying they don't recommend it. Changes in this driver version are: 3D Vision for Windows 8 - Updated the NVidia Control Panel --> Setup stereoscopic 3D page to support Windows 8 implementation of stereoscopic 3D.

The release notes for this driver say:
Hybrid Power technology with Intel chipsets is not supported by this
release.
The following Sony VAIO notebooks are supported: Sony VAIO F Series with
NVIDIA GeForce 310M, GeForce 315M (All-in-One system), GeForce GT
330M, GeForce GT 425M, GeForce GT 520M, or GeForce GT 540M (All-in-
One system). Other Sony VAIO notebooks are not supported at this time
(please contact Sony for driver support).
Fujitsu notebooks are not supported by this release (Fujitsu Siemens notebooks
are supported).

These are desktop Geforce drivers. It looks like the notebook drivers would be released tomorrow.

What is the approach to make odd gpu id's work on Nvidias drivers? I never have been successful in actually getting them to install. Always had to use the repacked L2G drivers and between those inf files work. But the International / English packages from Nvidia fails no matter what I do :/ Would love to test these though...

EDIT: I see that nvidias has released the 302.80 Notebook drivers! pleeeeeaaasse mod them for all cards as usual :D

The notebook Verde 302.80 drivers are out on NVidia, too.

Performance is nothing special; 302.71 is clearly faster.
