Paste the modified inf file into the Display.Driver folder that is within that extraction and let it overwrite the file of the same name that is already there, then run the Setup.exe which is within the folder where the drivers were extracted. This driver will install on Windows 8 RTM but you need to disable driver signature enforcement before installing them. I did a clean install without choosing the 3D Vision driver and it did not require a reboot at the end of installation.
