Infinity7
This package is a regular NVidia driver + a GRID Control Panel. A modified inf file must be used for most of us to install the driver, and you must boot up Win 8.1 in Disable Driver Signature Enforcement mode to be able to install it. You can choose to just install the driver part, without choosing to install the GRID part. It's from the same driver family (00) as driver 340.43. There are some rumors that the regular GeForce version will be out tomorrow. In Call of Duty Ghosts I don't see any change in performance. This 340.51 driver has no 3D driver, PhysX, or GeForce Experience bundled with it, but you can get those separately from NVidia if you feel like it. Driver 340.51 is r340_00-143, DriverVer = 07/02/2014, 9.18.13.4051 Driver 340.43 is r340_00-116, DriverVer = 06/12/2014, 9.18.13.4043 Driver 337.91 is r337_41-10, DriverVer = 05/21/2014, 9.18.13.3791 Driver 337.90 is r337_00-191, DriverVer = 05/20/2014, 9.18.13.3790 Driver 337.88 is r337_00-189, DriverVer = 05/19/2014, 9.18.13.3788
Infinity7
Here is the zipped up 64-bit NVidia driver 340.51 with modified inf file already in place. Works for desktop cards. The GRID software was removed from this.http://www.mediafire.com/download/u9cgaslle48vwfw/NVIDIA34051.zipYou still need to boot up Windows 8.1 in Disable Driver Signature Enforcement mode to be able to install it.Standard disclaimer: Use at your own risk. The only thing changed in this standard NVidia driver is the modified inf file.
