I got this to install for use with my GTX 1080 desktop card on Win 10.
DXDIAG is telling me it's WHQL for me.
Not tested yet.

Here is the driver package I used to install the 368.71 driver for use with my GTX 1080 desktop card on Win 10 64-bit:

http://www.mediafire.com/download/x8cfucf8yk7v95w/NVidia36871_Win10_x64_desktop.zip

Standard disclaimer: Use at own risk. NVidia does not formally support drivers that have modified inf files like this one. This website does not formally support it either.

Created by using the usual inf modification methods, plus threw in 2 additional files (an inf and a cat) obtained from driver 368.69.

I have not decided if it's a keeper for me yet. Performance in Heaven Benchmark 4.0 DirectX 11 test is on par with other recent 368 drivers.

EDIT: You need to start up Windows in Disable Driver Signature Enforcement mode to be able to install it.

EDIT 2: Maybe the original package only needs one modified inf file to make it work. I didn't realize at first that it works that way too.

After installing this for a desktop card, Windows still reports this as being WHQL, not that WHQL really matters.

It performs just the same as desktop drivers.

Temperatures are the same as desktop drivers.

It wouldn't install a Stereoscopic driver, but that's ok for me since I don't use that anyway.

EDIT: GeForce Experience does not suggest I install a different driver to replace this one.

You HAVE to Disable 'Driver Signature Enforcement' first as per here

Download driver
Download modded INF
Place Modded INF in Display.Driver Sub-dir over writing existing
Install either with Setup or Device Manager 'Update Driver'
