Dell has these 2 files over on their server.

ftp.dell.com/video/dell-nvidia-7167-5dkms.src.rpm After many extractions the Linux driver appears.

ftp.dell.com/video/dell-nvidia-7167-multiarch-5.tar.gz Don't know what this is, if someone can enlighten us please.
My knowledge on Linux is limited.

The RPM is for Fedora and is a source RPM. It will install the sources, compile and create a binary RPM. The tgz file will contain the installer adn can be extracted with the tar -zxvf command. THis one should run on all Linux versions.
