Hi :)

This a little mod to obtain a working driver for this tablet PC :

Download the 84.43 Driver and put these 2 files inside the install rep :

hpqvdisp.dll
nv4_disp.inf

I also added this into the INF :

[SourceDisksFiles]
hpqvdisp.dll = 1

AND

[nv.Panel]
hpqvdisp.dll

Perhaps a little addition to the enhancer might be cool. :)

(rename it : hpqvdisp.dll, this forum currently does not allow .dll attachments)

Nice! :) *Pinned*
Also edited the title and of course moved it into the section with the other custom INFs.
Not the best title you could come up with but it atleast looks similar to the others now.

Thanks for this...

It's been a while since I posted last, but thought I would try this driver tweak. During the install I got an error related to nvcpl.dll, and now that I have the drivers running my auto screen rotation is not working, nor is the manual "tap the screen rotate" button.

Oh - and I assume you meant 84.43 drivers, not 83.43 drivers - yes/no?

Any ideas?

Regards,
Shane.

I am pretty sure, changed in his post since 83.43 doesn't exist currently.
Also it says 84.43 in his INF. :)

Your message is useless the way you posted it.
Have you tried to troubleshoot it?

Oh nuts... I guess with the loss of data, doZe's .INF and .DLL files are lost? Does anyone have a copy of it floating around? I'm trying to use an updated driver with my TC1100!

Edit: Found from an older driver CD that I burned. Remove the .ZIP extension from the DLL.

Further edits:
97.78 will install, but clicking on the nVidia control panel gives me a blue screen.

What is an 'install rep' ?

Is this still the latest one. Would appreciate an answer.

Matthew.
