TK423
Does this work with 8600M GT? Please tell me it does.
mahowi
Should work with all NVidia cards when using the modded inf.
TK423
I downloaded the driver, extracted it to a folder, downloaded the "Modded INF" from the top of the page and drag and dropped it into the folders and let it overwrite. I then used the setup.exe in the folder to install the driver. Midway through installation I got a message saying Window's couldn't verify the driver or some s***. I continued with the installation. Did I do this right? Edited August 23, 2007 by TK423
mahowi
Yes, you did it right. After rebooting the new driver should be working.
Guest Djastro
This driver keeps telling me that I'm running vista 32bit and crashes out. Running the nvidia driver with the modded inf "installs" but automactically hads no I'll restart later selected at the end and doesn't actually update the driver. Windows won't manually update the driver it says I'm currently running the better driver (current driver was a default vga adapter) this is for both the nvidia and lv2go drivers with modded inf's. Guest djastro
To get it to apply I had to re-download both files reinstall the latest manufacture of my notebooks driver I renamed the old inf file instead of replacing it then copied in the modded inf ran the setup and finally took home gold. total time of reinstalling drivers 1.5hrs time to start up bioshock again! Guest Jeroen van Dijk
Question, I used it for my Dell Vostro 1400 with Nvidia 8400M GS Video Adapter which got 256MB memory, after using this driver my display properties tell me I've got 128MB memory. Should I wait for an update or is this caused by someting I did wrong. Thanks Jeroen van Dijk

Guest Guest
Can't install these - put in the modded INF, installed, rebooted. I only had the VGA adapter again. I'm now back on 162.22, or maybe I use the ones from Compal: http://www.bizcom-us.com/support/TechSuppo...adPage.htm#FL90 156.
