Guest Richard Brown
I have a GeForce GO 7800 GTX in my laptop. I tried this drive with the modified inf. It installed but I run my laptop connected to a 24inch monitor and both my monitor and laptop have a resolution of 1920x1200. I have the laptop monitor off and just use the external monitor. For some reason, after I installed this driver, the specs said I was using a resolution of 1920x1200 but my external monitor said the resolution of 1600x1200. I was not using clone, or dual but single display which I thought was suppose to use the same screen resolution and bit color but my laptop did have a resolution of 1920x1200 but not my external monitor. I uninstalled the drive and put my old one back in and everything was ok. Don't know what I could have done to make both the same resolution because, according to the settings, I was set at 1920x1200.
