Boost_
"System has not been modified" Act's like it's going to install using the modded inf, then It says your system has not been modified.
octaedro7
This is the only one that worked for me (with the modded inf) in Windows 7 with my 8800m gtx 512mb (clevo m57ru)
Covert
Fantastic driver, this one and the one I got from nvidia and modded myself seem to work exactly the same. They are the first ones I've used that don't underclock on me after a decent gaming session of CSS, and if it does downclock, it isn't the slideshow it used to be, it's atleast tolerable. ^^
Guest Fuller
I got this driver working on a Windows 7 64-bit environment with a Dell Inspiron 1720 Nvidia 8600mGT Works better than the windows 7 driver on here (181.71) which renders the blue screen quite well :) But not a lot else... Guest realvision
Hi, Thanks for the modded driver, I am now running ver 182.08 drivers perfectly on my HP HDX 18.4 inch laptop! However the main reason I downloaded this driver is so that I could also download the stereoscopic drivers from nvidia site which is currently at the same ver: 182.08. But as can be seen from the screenshot attached, (soory im getting error to upload it so I have linked it here: www.realvision.ae/nvidia_stereoscopic_laptop.jpg )the Stereoscopic driver gets installed correctly but I cannot "enable it". Clicking the check box on it brings up teh squares image (in red-cyan) and then when i click ESC to go back teh checkbox is disabled again. Can you let me know - Is the stereoscopic driver not compatible with Laptops? - Is it somehow only made to work with Nvidia specific 3d glasses attached? - I do own a pair of E-dimensional glasses and VGA dongle but I have not tried that out yet.. as its not with me right now. So, would there be anyway to run the stereoscopic driver at least in red-cyan (anaglyph mode) Regards!
Guest Guest
Hi guest_realvision. I'm using 182.05 driver + stereoscopic 181.25 driver on my laptop (Asus G2S with 8600M GT CG). It works pretty well with my red-cyan glasses. Note : a new stereoscopic driver has appear today. So try the last "GeForce_Stereoscopic_3D_driver_v182.08.exe " from US nvidia web site. Don't forget to activate 3D into your nvidia configuration pannel atfer installation process. You will be able to set-up things (like activation shortcut ....) Enjoy ! 0ri0n
It seems there is a newer release of this driver, dated for march 3rd from NVs US website that also includes geforce cards... http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x64_182.08_whql.html
