This fix intents to solve 'black video while watching movies' with any media player and 'overlay creation failed' problems while using software like WinDVD and Avid video programs. Normally they should work when you enable/disable VMR in nVidia Control Panel but on some systems that doesn't work. This is where this fix comes to rescue.
