Guest dan
I have a toshiba satelite laptop with a geforce4 420 go! display card in it. The driver version 77.77 technically works, but I am wondering if newer drivers would enhance the performance of my video card. I don't want to go through installing it again if it's worthless. thanks dan
Fabrice Roux
Your current driver is pretty much the best you can get for your card. In fact you might find slightly better performances with older drivers. But as you said... it's worthless. Read more about Optimal drivers... Guest dan
well i don't want to consider it a problem, but it takes quite some time for loading screens of any form while using 3D acceleration for anything really.. and i just assume it's because i'm using a laptop. but older nvidia cards have performed much more hastily when it's the actual card. are laptop video cards, reguardless of what type, just slower than the same cards used in regular computers?
