Guest Kevin Lowers Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 GeForce4 420 Go 16MB (4.17.00.41.C7) certainly doesn't work with the 5xxx.xx, but you'll also notice that if you put Window XP SP2 on your machnine, like I did, it removes GeForce4 420 Go 16MB (4.17.00.41.C7) and puts on the new 5xxxx.xx driver, ruining your video. Question: Does anyone know where I can get GeForce4 420 Go 16MB (4.17.00.41.C7), so I can still use WinXP SP2 and put back the old graphic driver. You can avoid the black bar with an enhanced INF file by using the "Enhancer" link in my sig.
