i want to find the cheapest notebook that can upgraded to a gf 7900gtx. it must support a intel dual core too. no other requirements. can someone help me?

The only go7900 GTX's available for resale are Dell ones.

You could get a E1705/i9400 with a x1400 then upgrade to the go7900 GTX

I have seen go7900 GTX's and go7900 GS's on Ebay
