have you (or anyone else) tested this driver? after updating to it, although it seems to improve my DPC latency, I am unable to actually connect, and only get limited connectivity. any one else experience this behavior? Win 7x64 7068, intel wifi 5300. either way, i get two spikes at around 2000 us approximately every 30 seconds.

I tested it but with XP and Vista x64 SP1. No Problems. It might be a reason with Beta of Seven.

It was nice in the beginning, now after a few hours sound stuttered once (once, only once, when launching Firefox) again, and latency is going up... 1000-3000 for now... we'll see how it'll be in the morning. eh :/

No limited-connectivity issue here though.

On my 4965 agn newest (12.4.0.21) drivers are working fine. DPC Latency checker show about 90-120 Sometimes it goes to something about 1600, but it;s 1 time per 30 seconds. And laptop is working for about 2 days so i think those drivers are fine with me :)

I Just popped in and found that the newest drivers listed were for Vista only.

Intel don't show these for XP but they do have a download for the previous ones that you listed for Vista only:-

Microsoft Windows XP 32-Bit Drivers for Intel® WiFi adapters: v12.4.3.9

Microsoft Windows XP 64-Bit Drivers for Intel® WiFi adapters: v12.4.3.9

13.0.0.107 is compatible with XP, Vista and Win7 in both 32 and 64 bit versions

Check inside the driver there are 3 directories with the different versions.

Thanks.

I nearly downloaded but didn't, as it wasn't listed as being for "XP".

Can I install this driver, when I have a "Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945 ABG"?

Should work just fine, but these are optimised for the i5xxx range of WLAN cards and Win7

How did you publish this latest driver v13.0.0.107? It's not on the Intel website nor any other place on the net.

I have ways of finding these

The secret is in the 11x Herbs and Spices :)

Yeah, you're right.

Too bad that Intel® My WiFi  still isn't supported by the 3945ABG card.

Edit: You forgot to change the topic's title.
