Guest Clay Posted August 27, 2006 Report Share Posted August 27, 2006 I just purchased Madden 07 and the game runs slow on my custom built laptop. Madden 06 ran much faster but only after I would start a new game, quit, exit madden, then go back in and start the game again. Didn't make any sense to me, but it worked. That trick doesn't work with Madden 07. Is there a video driver recommended for Madden 07? I have the Geforce 6800 GO with a 3 ghz processor and 1gb of ram. Shouldn't be running slow by any means. Sometimes in Madden 06 it would start off fast, but then it would make like a screen refreshing sound and it would slow down. I don't know if this is my battery or power supply doing this?
