Dual screen display always reset to clone display after reboot

My friend has an dell m65 with NVIDIA Quadro FX 350M. He set his setting to dual display since he got to external monitor. Everytime he restart his computer and logon, his setting always reset to clone display instead of dual display. Any reason why? He also updated the driver for his nvidia and it still happens.

Please help!
