lau
Hello, first thank you for the work, but I still have something, when I play video files, like Divx or trailers or any video file, on fullscreen I can see like a refreshment bug, when nothing is moving, its ok, but when the camera starts to move, the pictures divides in two diagonally, the bottom left hand part shows the original frame and the other shows like the previous frameor an earlier one, as if it had not the time to display the all picture on time, I tried various drivers, various options, various resolutions... I thought it was the monitor, but the weird thing is that this probem does not appear while playing games. Of course I have this problem on my laptop monitor, I havent tried the SVGA output. And I cant join a capture of the screen because when I pause, the picture get perfect. I put the Nerd logfile And I'm on the 77.72 driver, as I read it was advised to be the best for my card Did someone have this "bug" ? or is there something I can do ? Thank you for the help LaptopVideo2Go_LogFile.txt
Fabrice Roux
This issue sounds familiar... IIRC people encountering this issue were using a rotated mode. Try to play with the VMR option in the GeForce Overlay properties.

Well, I've already tried that option, with VMR mode off, no picture at all, with WMR mode on, picture with the mentioned problem... I also tried with various video players... Is there some tweaking stuff I can do ? Or I dont know....

Fabrice Roux
I love when a user fixes the encountered problems by himself... :) Testing with various players is not a proof since most of them use the CODECs installed on your PC and the same rendering paths. lau
This fix is cool for videos, but it seems to kill performances in gaming, just before installing the drivers with the VMR fix, my "serious sam 2" had a great framerate (in low quality of course, The go 5100 is not very good), now I cant play it, just too slow, I'll try without the fix now... Will I have reinstall the drivers everytime I want to play a video...???
Fabrice Roux
One of the first steps might be to fall an even older driver 67.66... it's known to be the most efficient driver for the 5x00 family.
