Hotfix for Tablet PC pen out of Syncronization with screen

When you run Windows XP Tablet PC Edition or Tablet Edition 2005 on a computer with a dual-core CPU you may suffer either of the following symptoms on the Windows welcome screen:

• After you repeatedly log on and log off, the position of the stylus pen may not synchronize that of the pointer on the screen.
  
• When you rotate the welcome screen, the stylus pen may differently move from the pointer on the screen. For example, when you move the pen vertically, the pointer moves horizontally. Also, the pen moves oppositely to the pointer.
  

This QFE will update Tpgwlnot.dll to v3.0.0.0

• Satellite R20-ST4113, R25-S3503, R25-S3513
  
• Tecra M7-S7331, M7-ST4013, M7-S7311, M7
  

Other Tablet PC manufacturers may have also recognized this problem, but will not offer an update, so here's a link to download the fix KB 922006 in English.
