"Cannot Install this Hardware" 84.25 xp64

I have the GeForce Go 6150 on my Compaq v6110us laptop. I'm trying to install the 84.25 driver onto my xp 64 install.

I do the "have disk" method and it goes through the whole thing like it's working (including copying files to the system folder), but at the end it gives me a "Cannot Install this Hardware" message. It says that "A service installation section in this INF is invalid."

I've tried re-downloading it and doing it again, but it still gives me the message. Should I try a different driver version? I wanted to try the one that was recommended for my video card. Thanks in advance.
