FPS drop in CS:S

I've experienced some trouble playing CS:S lately. I often have a FPS above 200 fps, but once in a while it drops down to below 60 FPS! I really can't understand why my FPS is so unstable. When I'd just got my laptop I could play CS:S without the FPS dropping all the time.

Any solution of how to solve the FPS drop?

My Zepto 6214w specs:

Intel Core Duo 2.0 ghz.

nVidia GO7600 512 mb ram.

2 gb's of ram.

Thanks in advance.

I dont have any answear, but you should try to turn off the VSync, maybe that will help you. You can aslo try to have the Vsync on and enable Triple Buffering. Good luck :)
