MSI GX700 extreme and performance editions both have an 8600M GT in them.

Linkage:

Msi gx700

youll want to go to the flash minisite located on that page to get individual specs for performance and extreme.

I've got an extreme. Highly reccommended.

Now to find some drivers for it, my main reason for coming here :)

OCZ DIY 15.4 Laptop

link to OCZ site

Site says it's WSXGA+, but the one I got from buy.com is only WSXGA (1280x800)

Under the hood is a Compal JFL92

with a 8600M GT 512M

My build is a T9300 @ 2.5GHz

4GB OCZ DDR2-667

Drivers that come with it are seriously outdated.

Thank the laptop gods for LV2Go! :)

Amazon PC's "Amazon Gamer" has a GeForce 8700M GT.

Specs: http://www.amazonpc.com.br/portal/portal/A...er/D28/?PROD=19

OEM site: www.amazonpc.com.br

The terrible news as an owner of the aforementioned notebook is how ######-poor the support from this upstart brazilian OEM is. The homepage doesnt even host ANY video drivers for it, which leads me to believe they adapt the driver set from some other notebook or use some kind of "generic". Their homepage doesnt even have an english section, fer crissakes.

For this reason, have this post as informative only, as i doubt this kind of information is useful for you guice.

Having a gaming notebook is cool and all, but maybe i should have just imported an Alienware.
