BSOD Dell XPS M1210 Geforce Go 7400 playing HL2 and EQ2

HELLO WORLD! I CANT BELIEVE I FOUND THIS SITE! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE!!!!!

well im currently running the Dell XPS M1210 with the Geforce Go 7400

Im running the only drivers that i can find... 84.69

but my half-life 2 source: still crashes when ever..

and EQ2 also.. omg.. it always crashes,,

i get the blue screen of death with memory dumps....

and its comming from the

nv4.dll or something to that effect..

HELP! anyone... can even give me an idea of whats happening?

could it be bad memory? heat? any ideas.. im a techy, ,and when we techs are at a loss,, its soooooo frustrating..

i have checked all memory paths and they dont conflit with anything i can see,,, im at a loss.. help anyone?

Is there any profiles that are out there.. that i can load to optimize the card settings? Where could i find profiles as i see you can load them.. i never used that part before...
