mobilenvidia Posted February 2, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 2, 2007 I'm running these now :) Let windows update find a driver and let it install, this will be a WHQL driver. Now download this or any other x64 driver you want to try. You will need to turn off automatic updates or let it inform you before installing. Because if you let it auto-install it will just over write your update. Sit back and enjoy the 100's, these have have the most functionalility of all the 100's. I had to use nvflash to read out the BIOS of my card (8800GTX), then use NiBitor to change the settings, save it, go back to nvflash and flash the OC bios. Just trying out the 600/1900 overclock, stable so far. As far as ntune goes, you can change the clocks, but the mandatory test will ALWAYS fail and the "optimal" setting even downclocked my card when it was at stock speeds. But at least the fan control works, can't hear it with 90% and the GPU is idling at 55C. 74C in 3DMark06. Great. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jadawin Posted February 6, 2007 Report Share Posted February 6, 2007 In fact there are ALL desktop drivers - modified for laptops :) So if you download the driver and the modded inf, put it in the folder where the driver has been extracted to (overwriting the old inf), you'll have both.
