Driver Problem with Vista x64

I just installed Home Premium x64 bit on my laptop and I need a driver for a 7900 GO GTX

Anyone with the information to help me please post.

My specs are

fx-60 processor

2 Gig of RAM

nVidia 7900 Go GTX 512MB

Please help me out. Im trying to get back to playing EQ2 and Vanguard.lol..
