Versalite Posted February 22, 2007 Report Share Posted February 22, 2007 (edited) hi guys i'm new here and i'm not sure how things work here. i've read some of the guides but still am confused. according to the forceware updater guide, my go5200's recommended driver is series70 and up. i did some searches at the 70 forum but i did not see any driver supporting toshiba laptops with go5200. anyone can help? thank you! ps. i've attached a nerd log file for more detailed info on my gfx card.. Ahmadi Posted April 29, 2007 Report Share Posted April 29, 2007 I'm also new to this forum... I think I have the same laptop that you have, Toshiba Satellite Pro M30, with Geforce FX Go5200 (64mb). I just downloaded the 97.92 driver from the drivers page, and then replaced the INF file, and then I went and updated the driver from the device manager. The driver update was a success. Unfortunately I need to display a widescreen resolution my external Samsung syncmaster 205bw, but I couldn't get any widescreen resolutions, specifically 1680 X 1050.
