Upgrading Card/Driver Question

Hey, all.

I have a Dell Latitude D820 with a Quadro NVS 120M card. Would it be at all possible to upgrade the card in that machine (hopefully to something besides Quadro)?

Also, the drivers on Dell's site date back to December 2006, and are the 95 (I think) series. The vanilla nVidia driver package won't install on my computer. Should I expect that eventually either Dell or nVidia will release updated drivers, or are they only supporting their newer/desktop-based cards now?

One final question: do any of you have first-hand experience with the modified LaptopVideo2Go drivers on a system with an NVS 120M card?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
