Flickering external display using nVIDIA ForceWare X 162.18 for Windows XP/2K 32bit

I updated to

nVIDIA ForceWare X 162.18 for Windows XP/2K 32bit (mod inf)

because I couldnt use my external Screen as primary one.

now I can use it as primary, but during some actions, like for example right-clicking anywhere on the 2-screen-despktop, the externel starts flickering (only once, not permanently!)

Picture on Laptop Screen is absolutely fine, no Problem at all.

Screen was not flickering using original driver, so grahip card and screen should be fine.

I tried du reduce screen refreshing rate (60hz 70hz 72hz 75hz) with absolutely no difference in result
