These drivers don't work right for me. I've tried them several times. After they install and I reboot, when I open the control panel, it makes my entire screen flicker. And FPS are lowered severly in apps/games.

Strangely, the 163.11 work fine.

I think nV have say the 1st time the CP opens it's supposed to take about 1min, so I doubt this driver should be a keeper.

Craptastic on my GoForce 7900GS Shadowrun went for silky smooth to unplayable with these drivers. I will try the 163 or go back to 158

I've installed the 162.22 on a HP laptop with a Go 7600.

I'm missing the HDTV + HDMI set-up uptions in the forceware configuration screen.

Anybody any clues how that happened ?

There the reason I installed the drivers in the first place.

I want to hook the laptop through a HDMI up to a plasma.

Any replies are appriciated.

When you look on the Tweakers site you can see :

So this is not only an update for a game if I understand it correctly....

The final version is exactly the same, EXCEPT Microsoft has tested and given it a WHQL stamp (file).

This driver is also a no go, causes the Age of Empire warning (I never had this game) to display with warning no changes has taken place to operating system. 7600go, was able to reinstall 160.03 drivers but now I have no control panel :)

Hi guys,

I have some problems installing this one.

When i try to use the setup.exe, the drivers are not working after rebooting.

When i go the other way of installing everything is ok but then it says something like 'system can't find the file' (translated).

I have an Asus G1s with a 8600m gt.

I tried it and it says that a file is missing. The install aborts and says afterwards that the reason was a file that couldn't be found. I have 6800 GO Ultra and I'm running the setup in Vista Business.

Setup.exe doesn't install the drivers, device manager says a file is missing...

OK then, do not use setup.exe, use the good ol' 'update drivers' way via system properties.

thanks mobilenvidia, the new inf works perfect, although using the driver update function, it listed all the nvidia vid cards, and not just mine, but was easy enough to choose it. performance seems good too.
