Cr0nus
Ive tried just about every 150 series driver and 160 series driver (with the modded inf files) when i install them it says "installation complete".. but when i restart i get a frozen computer, quickly followed by a BSOD (blue screen of death) are there any mac enthusiasts out there that can help me? Guest Jomonjin
I'm running the 162.15 drivers on my MacBook Pro. I can't vouch for performance compared to the standard Boot Camp drivers or others, but it runs Oblivion at 1440x900 resolution at a rate I'm happy with. I would recommend completely uninstalling your existing video driver and rebooting before trying to install a replacement and see if that helps. bobz99by
I've had pretty much the same problems as Cronus although I did get 162.18 working by uninstalling the stock bootcamp drivers and using setup.exe. I haven't tried installing it through the "have disk" method. Problem is I'm greedy and want to overclock and sadly i think all the 16x.xx series drivers prohibit overclocking. Someone mentioned overclocking through the vbios but im totally lost as to how to do that.
