Hintha
Very recently, I purchased an HP laptop (specs here) with an NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS video card (128 MB), but the 'Digital Vibrance' and 'Image Sharpening' features are disabled. I tried installing the updated drivers, including the 165.01 version found on this website to no avail . 'Digital Vibrance' is still disabled, even though the video card I have on my old computer (Geforce 6600) has those functions. Is 'Digital Vibrance' purposely disabled? How to I enable it? Guest Doc Modoc
I'm having the exact same problem with my Dell Vostro 1400 with the 8400M GS. I cannot get Digital Vibrance to work using any drivers, and I really need it to get the proper color saturation on this LCD. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Guest Doc Modoc
Update: The 162.18 drivers have a working Digital Vibrance function. They must be installed with Device Manager.
