Guest Gruu Posted July 29, 2007 Report Share Posted July 29, 2007 Hi all, I'm running Vista 32-bit on my Dell M170 with a GeForce Go 7800GTX. The drivers from Windows Update are dated 8/22/2006 and version 7.15.10.9746. I downloaded the 162.22 drivers from nVidia's site today, used the corresponding modded INF, and installed. Setup succeeded and prompted me for a reboot. After the reboot, I went to check the driver version, and it was unchanged. The driver files in C:\Windows\System32 were also unchanged. According to the modded INF, I should now be running version 7.15.11.6222 dated 07/06/2007. I've also tried the Have Disk approach, but it fails, giving a file-not-found error. Any advice? Thanks!
