joejoejo
is there any driver or modification to support the NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150
smax
Don't bother looking around. It's a pretty picky graphics card when it comes to drivers, and the performance gain won't be noticeable. Your best bet is to stick wth the drivers that came with your computer.

smax
Ah ha. Look on your manufacturer's website to see if they provide one. If there isn't one there, I wouldn't know what to tell you to try for a driver.
asdf
Not entirely true. The latest stock driver for the Go 6150 (at least from HP) doesn't support 1024 x 640 resolutions in games. In my experience with WoW, running the game at 800x600 stretched is slower than running it at 1024 x 640 (wide). That resolution only became available after I upgraded to the latest 160.x driver here. I'm probably better off with an older 8x.x driver, but so far, the latest drivers have given me minimal problems. Some annoying side-effects tho are: a) NVidia Control Panel stopped working :) switching to external display works but Vista will complain about having to close rundll32.exe c) my webcam stopped working I dont usually mess with the Nvidia CP, but I downloaded NVtweak just in case. I can live with the switching to external display errors even if I constantly use it. I've never used my webcam before, but I would like to get that bug fixed somehow.
