8400M GS performance

hi there folks, i have bought a HP Pavilion DV6565en rig, but i'm having some problems in game performance :\ i've updated it with the leastest drivers, running Windows Vista, 2gb ram, 8400m gs 128mb (896mb max), turion x2 1.9ghz tl-58, but the MOH: Airbone demo, Test Drive Unlimited, Bioshock demo are running max - 20fps :) idle 10fps :P ( no max settings, tested all metods, no results :\ only the Richard Burns Rally is going on 60+ fps.. Maybe someone had the same problem or soulution? :) Maybe the Windows Vista is the problem?

for starts people need to stop blameing vista as the problem immidiatly they asume that because something dosent work right and they have vista its immidiatly the problem well its not also you might have a graphics card thats clocked incorrectly or something but download nvidias ntune and just overclock it and see what happens ' im getting a hp CTO notebook dv6500tse with a nvidia 8400m gs a intel T5250 2gb of ram and a 5400rpm hard drive so i havent used it yet but on my desktop i have a nvidia 8500gt and maxed out halo 2 gets 20-40 fps
