Toshiba Tecra M2 overheating after installing 61.45

First of all, before I came to this site I have tried to update my video card drivers are were unsuccessful. However, I did find this site and I download driver 61.45 and the inf file.

I installed it but upon installing it and rebooting my computer is beeping when windows comes

up. Hmonitor which I have installed just to view my temps. It says that the temp of the VGA GPU is 95C.

Thought it maybe because I didn't previously removed the current video driver which is 46.44 from Toshiba's website but that was not the case.

OK, I also have RivaTuner on the laptop but ending up taking it back off too. Don't think it really had anything to do with the temp being so high but really would like to know why the temp has shot up

that high after installing the driver from this website.

Any help would be great! thanks.
