8600M GT - Frequency scaling down

Hello there,

I would like underclock my 8600M, when I am on road, because it is constantly set to full frequencies at Windows Vista (Powermizer don't work or works bad). I tried RivaTuner tool to set up lower frequency, it was successful. There are 3 levels of settings in RivaTuner. "Standard 2D", "low power 3D", "performance 3D". Problem is, that in my Windows Vista it reacts only on scaling up/down in "3D performance" level. It isn't so strange, but probem is, that level "performance 3D" is possible to set up only to 240MHz(core)/200MHz(memory) minimal. I would like to set up lower values, when I not need performance, but I don't know how.

Have someone some experiences with that? Please let me know.

Thank you.
