Cranky Psycho Posted September 21, 2007 Report Share Posted September 21, 2007 (edited) Hey Leute, hab ne Anfrage gestellt warum es keine XP Treiber gibt für mein Notebook, da hat mir der Support folgenden Link mit XP Treibern geschickt: ftp://ftp.work.acer-euro.com/notebook/asp..._not_authorized Hier findet ihr für verschiedene Notebooks XP Treiber, hab die aber leider noch nicht ausprobiert! Vielleicht schreibt jemand mal seine erfahrungen rein! Hab nämlich keien lust das 3te mal XP und wieder zum Schluss Vista zu installieren da ich vorhher keine Treiber gefunden habe für meinen Chipsatz! Warum sagt mir das keiner?! hab einmal wie bescheuert nach XP Chipsatz treibern gesucht und keien gefunden, daher war ich gezwungen wieder Vista zu installieren.... mhhh ... klasse... schmoll... Guest Filip Posted September 21, 2007 Report Share Posted September 21, 2007 Hi Cranky, I bought the Acer 7520G last week and after 3 days of frustration I removed Vista I'm now installing XP on one disk and Linux Debian on the second one (the notebook came with 2 x 160GB disks) All the drivers at that location work for me Only the NVIDIA 8400M G driver is giving me problems with OpenGL and as I'm programming in java/opengl this is a big issue I'm now looking for a better version of the driver to fix the issue.
