madcow Posted October 4, 2007 Report Share Posted October 4, 2007 Hi! I hava an Inspiron 8200 with nvidia geforce 4 440 go 32M card in it. I upgraded to Vista, and it works o.k. except for DVD playback. I suspected the video driver (standard vga) isn't supporting overlay capability. I tried one of the drivers (97.54) here, but it didn't improve the situation. I even tried running WinDVD 4.0 with that driver, and it complained about lack of overlay support.
